This HDR photo of the Cadet Messhall was created from 3 images taken using an improvised tripod and then blended. The image was created before software eliminated ghosting so this shows movement of people in the background.

Welcome to Kukui Photography! On this site I am sharing the opportunity to buy prints, cards, and other products made of a few of my favorite photos. I have been involved in photography for over 30 years. I started with a Nikon 35mm film camera and developed and printed my own photos in black and white and color. I was an early adopter of digital photography and have been amazed at how rapidly that has improved and evolved. We moved to Hawaii and that provided a lot of potential new subject matter, then we moved to Arizona and the scenery changed, but the beauty of nature still came through.
